First time lamb roast

First time using it and no going in with a trial - 2.5 kg leg of lamb. The meat falling off bone when done could not have asked for a better result.

Fantastic bit of kit

I use my Espetosul at least a couple of times a month. It's so easy to use and so versatile. So far I've done pichana (family fave), tandoori chicken and pork belly. Next to the actual BBQ, it's the best purchase that I've made.
