Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please provide the receipt or proof of purchase indicating the date and place of purchase.
Initiating a return is simple. Contact us at enquiries@espetosul.co.za and if your return request is accepted, we'll provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Kindly note that items sent back without prior return request will not be accepted. Include a return postage ticket label with a tracking number, along with your full name, address, and phone number.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it. If you discover that the item is defective, damaged, or you've received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and take appropriate action to rectify it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
If you have concerns or questions about a particular item, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us. Regrettably, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
For a prompt exchange, the most efficient process is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item you desire.
Refunds
Following the receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed through your original payment method. Please keep in mind that the time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund may vary.
