To activate your full 3-year warranty, please register your product within 30 days of receiving your order.
If your product is not registered within this period, it will automatically be covered by our standard 12-month manufacturer’s warranty.
To ensure your product performs as intended and remains eligible for warranty coverage, please read the important information below before completing your warranty registration.
Important Product Care Warning 🔥🔥🔥
The motor, handle and battery housing must never be positioned too close to direct heat, flames, burning charcoal or hot surfaces.
Excessive heat can permanently damage the motor’s internal components and is one of the most common causes of product failure.
If the motor turns slowly, it may have been exposed to excessive heat.
Please ensure the motor and handle are installed exactly as shown in the manufacturer’s operating instructions before using your product.
Damage caused by excessive heat, incorrect installation, misuse or failure to follow the manufacturer’s operating instructions is not considered a manufacturing defect and may not be covered under the EspetoSul Warranty.
Warranty Claims
If you need to make a warranty claim, please email enquiries@espetosul.co.za and include the following information:
- Your order number or proof of purchase.
- The product name.
- The email address used for your warranty registration, if registered.
- The date of purchase.
- A brief description of the issue.
- Clear photos or a short video showing the problem.
Providing all the requested information will help our team assess your claim as quickly as possible.
